#paid has launched an Affiliate Pilot Program which will provide creators in our network with more opportunities to do what they love and get paid 💰

Creators that are selected to participate in #paid's Affiliate Pilot Program will get to choose products from a list of merchants that they either currently own and use OR a product that they intend to purchase during the program.

Once the products have been selected and submitted to #paid, a unique affiliate link will be created and any sales made through the unique link will result in a 10% commission passed back to the creator.

Sounds similar to collaboration, right? The biggest difference between our Affiliate Pilot Program and a traditional #paid collaboration is instead of receiving a payment per content deliverable (photo, story, video), you will receive an affiliate commission every time a product is purchased using your unique affiliate link. The best part? You have full creative control over what you post and when you post.

Below is a curated list of merchants creators can select products from. We ask that all creators select a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 16 products they would like to promote during this pilot program. You can provide us with the links to the selected products via this form.

Important: We ask that you submit the selected products you'd like to promote no later than October 13, 2022.

October 13, 2022: All product submissions must be completed via this form

October 17, 2022: You will receive your unique Affiliate Link 💃

October 17 - November 30, 2022: #paid Affiliate Pilot Program Period

November 1-3, 2022: Pilot Update

December 30, 2022- January 15, 2023: Payment 💰

Q: Do all of the products I have to select have to be from the same merchant?

A: No! You can select any product from any of the merchants above 🙂

Q: How will I be provided my commission at the end of the Pilot Program?

A: You will be paid via your selected payment method set your #paid settings (PayPal or Direct Deposit).

Q: If someone buys a product but in a different color does that effect the commission?

A: Creators will receive a commission on all product variants, ie color, size, etc.

Q: Upon posting, do we need to add in the caption #ad, etc?

A: We do recommend being transparent that you are engaged in a partnership when posting your content. Some ways you can indicate this to your followers is #paid, #ad, #affiliate, #affiliatepartnership. For additional information, check out this FTC article.
