Requesting Payment Sooner

Once your post insights are uploaded and approved, the payment goes into processing which takes 30 days. Once the 30 days is up, you will get paid on the next 15th or 30th/31st that immediately comes up. You can see more info here.

The reason for this is that we deal with hundreds of creator payouts a month, so we need some time for them to go through the processing cycle as we aren't able to process hundreds of payments daily.

If for whatever reason you need your payment sooner, there will be a 10% processing fee of your payout amount due to the high volume of creator payments our payables team handles. If you want to move forward with this, you can reach out to help@hashtagpaid.com with the following info:

1. The payout amount.
2. The campaign you're expecting payment for.
3. Acknowledgment and alignment with the 10% processing fee. 

Please note: #paid's payable team can only make some exceptions, and this wouldn't be done on a recurring basis.
